You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in the advertising business, marketing, consulting, or media. Your fluency in both English and Japanese allows you to effectively communicate in this customer-facing role. You have a proven track record of managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, demonstrating your ability to achieve quotas and promote growth. Your experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients has equipped you with the skills to collaborate with C-level stakeholders effectively.
You possess a strong knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategies and tactics across all digital advertising products. Your ability to assess and solve client needs using business techniques, including effective questioning and issue management, sets you apart. You excel at building narratives and utilizing storytelling as a client engagement strategy, which enhances your leadership skills and executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
You bring a passion for sales and a commitment to maximizing customer success, acting like an owner and moving with velocity through change. You find innovative and strategic ways to consistently deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers. Building trusted relationships with customers is second nature to you, as you uncover their business needs and translate them into powerful solutions.
Experience in coaching teammates to expand their skills and contribute to team success is a plus. You are adept at generating plans by collaborating with specialists, engineers, and product teams, defining business goals, strategies, and metrics for success.
