Your hands-on experience with Salesforce tools such as Flows, Apex, and Lightning components equips you to lead technical scoping and architecture decisions. You are adept at managing multiple customer projects simultaneously, balancing timelines and technical complexities while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Your ability to conduct customer discovery sessions helps you understand their unique challenges and success criteria, allowing you to design tailored solutions that drive business value.

What you'll do

As a Salesforce Solution Architect at Sweep, you will lead customer discovery sessions to gather business requirements and technical constraints. You will own the technical scoping and solution architecture for Salesforce-based projects, ensuring that all implementations align with customer needs. Your role will involve designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including data models, automation processes, and custom functionalities that enhance user experience.

You will provide hands-on configuration and development using Sweep and Salesforce tools, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also scalable. Throughout the engagement, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, guiding them through the implementation process and addressing any challenges that arise. Your collaboration with internal Product and Engineering teams will be crucial in aligning customer needs with product capabilities, ensuring that solutions are both innovative and practical.

You will manage multiple customer projects, balancing timelines and scope while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams will be key to your success in this role, as you work to build strong relationships and foster trust.
