You have at least 5 years of experience in CRM management, demonstrating a strong ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. Your expertise in CRM software allows you to create personalized communication strategies that resonate with users. You are proficient in Google Analytics and SQL, enabling you to analyze customer data effectively and derive actionable insights. You understand the importance of multi-channel communication, including email, app notifications, and web banners, and you have a proven track record of optimizing these channels for maximum impact. You are adaptable and open to feedback, thriving in a dynamic environment where you can take ownership of your projects and drive meaningful results. You are passionate about customer experience and are committed to ensuring that every interaction is relevant and impactful.

What you'll do
