Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, with a strong focus on building and maintaining scalable infrastructure. Your expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, allows you to design systems that are both reliable and efficient. You are proficient in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, which you have used to streamline deployment processes and enhance system performance. Your background in Linux systems administration equips you with the skills to troubleshoot and optimize server environments effectively. You are also skilled in scripting and automation, particularly with Python, enabling you to create tools that improve operational efficiency. Familiarity with infrastructure as code practices, especially using Terraform, is part of your toolkit, allowing you to manage infrastructure changes seamlessly.

Experience with SOC2 compliance processes is a plus, as you understand the importance of security and regulatory requirements in fintech environments. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building out and maintaining the infrastructure that powers Klover's systems. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Your focus will be on enhancing system reliability, security, and performance, which are critical for supporting Klover's growing user base. You will implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that deployment processes are automated and efficient. Your role will also involve capacity planning and performance tuning to accommodate the increasing demands of the platform. You will participate in incident management and post-mortem analysis, helping to improve processes and prevent future issues. Collaboration with product teams will be essential as you help define the infrastructure requirements for new features and services.
