Sardine is seeking a Recruiter to scale their Go-To-Market organization during rapid growth. You'll be responsible for building talent pipelines and enhancing the candidate experience in a remote-first environment. This role requires strong collaboration and ownership skills.
You have experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced environment, and understand the nuances of building talent pipelines.
