Who you are

You have experience in business operations or contract administration, ideally with a focus on creating and managing Statements of Work (SOW). You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all SOWs are accurate and consistent. Your communication skills allow you to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, facilitating negotiations and approvals. You are proficient in Salesforce, using it to track and analyze data related to SOWs and team performance metrics. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable leading discussions with customers to clarify deliverables and expectations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing Statements of Work that clearly outline the deliverables and commercial terms for NICE's Professional Services. You will lead negotiations with customers, ensuring that all necessary NICE stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process. Your role will involve maintaining ongoing communication with customers to monitor the resolution of outstanding SOW items and ensuring that all SOWs adhere to company standards. You will also be tasked with updating and administering SOWs in Salesforce, generating reports to analyze team performance and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Your ability to coordinate with various teams will be crucial in driving successful outcomes for both the company and its customers.
