Additionally, we assist members with SNAP enrollment and management, providing tangible access to nutritious food.In 2024, Foodsmart secured a $200 million investment from TPG’s Rise Fund, which supports entrepreneurs dedicated to achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. This investment will help us expand our reach, particularly to low-income workers who are disproportionately affected by diet-related diseases.

We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead the technical product vision, development, and ongoing enhancement of our AI-powered Decision Engine—the intelligent orchestration layer that personalizes care journeys across assessments, care plans, clinical visits, behavior nudges, and food-as-medicine benefits.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI/ML systems, workflow automation, and healthcare delivery. You'll work closely with engineering, data science, design, and clinical teams to architect a robust and adaptive system that supports sellable programs like GLP-1, Maternal Health, and Chronic Conditions. The ideal candidate brings strong product expertise with hands-on experience building and scaling workflow engines, rule systems, and intelligent decision platforms.

This is a critical role that will shape the core intelligence layer of the Foodsmart platform.
