Overview

Vizcom is seeking a Senior Account Executive to grow their enterprise business in key geographic locations. You'll identify potential clients, develop strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with decision-makers. This role requires experience in enterprise sales and offers a competitive compensation package.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at identifying and targeting potential clients, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders sets you apart. You are adept at conducting thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, which informs your sales strategies. You possess excellent presentation skills, allowing you to effectively demonstrate products and services to prospective clients. Negotiating and closing high-value deals is second nature to you, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry or familiarity with technical products is a plus. A background in CRM systems and sales activity tracking will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand your professional network.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Vizcom, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our enterprise business. You will identify and target potential enterprise clients within assigned territories, developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders will be essential to your success. You will conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, allowing you to tailor your sales approach effectively. Presenting and demonstrating our products and services to prospective clients will be a key responsibility, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings. You will negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, will be vital to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will keep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly, ensuring transparency and accountability in your sales process. Additionally, you will attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand your professional network.

What we offer

At Vizcom, we offer a competitive compensation package, with a target OTE of $250K - $300K, inclusive of base salary and commissions. This role is also eligible for equity, providing you with a stake in the company's success.
