You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the public sector or nonprofit space — your experience includes building and managing relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Your strategic thinking skills are top-notch — you can analyze market trends and customer needs to refine acquisition strategies that drive growth. You are comfortable negotiating contracts and managing complex customer relationships, ensuring that both Twilio and its clients achieve their goals.

What you'll do
