Who you are

You have experience in manufacturing engineering and a strong understanding of production processes. You are skilled in maximizing machine uptime and selecting modern technologies to enhance efficiency. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure the highest production standards. You are detail-oriented and capable of creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) while communicating project results effectively to stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Manufacturing Engineer at HelloFresh, you will lead and implement improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality. You will analyze and optimize production processes, applying your knowledge of food production systems and technical workflows. Your role will involve coordinating with departments such as Logistics, Production, Quality, Health & Safety, and Maintenance & Facilities to ensure seamless operations. You will also be responsible for installing new equipment and conducting training sessions to uphold production standards.
