What you'll do

As the Director of Security & Compliance at Instabase, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the Security and GRC program. You will formulate and drive the GRC roadmap, ensuring that security policies are up-to-date and effective. You will conduct vendor security reviews to assess third-party risks and ensure compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will initiate and lead new security and compliance programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices. Your role will involve developing and delivering security training to employees, fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. You will also be responsible for monitoring compliance with security policies and regulations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that Instabase maintains a strong security posture while enabling business growth.
