You'll leverage existing leads and generate new interest via calls, emails, and social media. This role requires sales experience and a commitment to tech sales.
You are a motivated individual with a desire to excel in Tech Sales. You have sales or prospecting experience and thrive in a high-growth, 'scale up' environment. Your ability to engage with potential customers and understand their business challenges is key to your success. You are comfortable using various communication methods, including calls, emails, and social media messaging, to connect with prospects and convey the value of HubSpot's solutions.
You possess a strong commitment to developing innovative strategies for uncovering new opportunities. Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with Account Executives, ensuring that you align on prospecting strategies and effectively schedule product demonstrations for qualified leads. You understand the importance of meeting monthly goals and are driven to achieve them.
Experience in a similar role or familiarity with sales methodologies, such as BANT, would be advantageous. You are eager to learn and adapt to the fast-paced environment of tech sales, and you are open to feedback and continuous improvement.
In your role as a Business Development Representative, you will conduct high-volume prospecting to identify qualified leads, focusing on new users and potential customers. You will collaborate with Account Executives to develop and implement effective prospecting strategies and plans. Your daily activities will include scheduling online product demonstrations for qualified leads, ensuring that you meet your monthly goals while understanding the customers' needs and challenges.
You will carry out market research to broaden HubSpot's customer base, identifying potential opportunities for growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with prospects will be crucial in determining whether HubSpot's solutions are a good fit for their business challenges. You will also engage in strategic prospecting, leveraging HubSpot's existing leads while generating new interest through various outreach methods.
