You have a strong background in business development or sales, ideally with experience in client relationship management. You understand the consulting industry and can effectively communicate value propositions to clients. You are skilled in outreach strategies, including cold calling and email campaigns, and are comfortable analyzing client usage trends to identify opportunities for growth. In this role, you will partner with senior members of the sales team to increase the user base at client firms through strategic outreach efforts. You will conduct cold calls and emails to generate leads and activate new clients, ensuring that you meet designated project and meeting targets. Monitoring client usage trends will be a key responsibility, allowing you to proactively reach out to clients to identify any potential pain points and address them effectively. You will onboard new users of Guidepoint's services, providing them with the necessary education on the various offerings available under their subscription. Collaborating closely with the Client Service team, you will collect feedback on ongoing projects and advisor interactions to continuously improve the client experience.
