You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the payments or financial technology sector. You excel at building relationships and understand the importance of delivering exceptional service to clients. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. You are comfortable with travel, both within and outside of India, to meet with clients and collaborate with teams.
As an Account Manager at Adyen, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key merchants across various industries. You will leverage these relationships to enhance the merchant experience and ensure they receive the best possible service. You will become a payment expert for your merchants, providing them with the necessary education and guidance on their global payments strategy.
