You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. Your experience includes working with law enforcement or similar sectors, where you have developed a deep understanding of customer needs and procurement processes. You excel at building and maintaining relationships with senior-level stakeholders, ensuring that you can effectively communicate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
You are a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of sales in a highly regulated environment. Your ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively sets you apart, allowing you to lead discussions and presentations that resonate with clients. As the Key Account Leader at Axon, you will be responsible for managing and growing revenue within designated law enforcement agencies. This includes developing and executing strategic account plans that align with Axon's mission to protect life. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and deliver training to ensure they maximize the value of Axon's offerings.
Your role will require you to travel frequently, as you will be meeting with clients across your territory, which includes Texas and Illinois. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and service delivery. Your ability to lead and inspire your team will be crucial in achieving sales targets and fostering a collaborative environment.
