Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are eager to build a rewarding career at Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. You are passionate about delivering happiness to customers and are ready to engage with the local community. You understand the importance of being available for your team and customers, with a flexible schedule that includes working weekends and rotating days off. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate, you will be at the forefront of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. Your responsibilities will include delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. You will engage with customers on the driveway, answering questions and providing assistance as needed. You will also be involved in community outreach efforts, representing Carvana and building relationships within the local area. Your role will require you to work various shifts, including early mornings and late evenings, to accommodate customer needs. You will be part of a team that values performance and growth, with opportunities to increase your earnings based on your contributions.

What we offer
