Who you are

You are a dedicated individual ready to take on the role of Customer Care Advocate at Carvana. You thrive on building genuine relationships with customers and are eager to support them throughout their car-buying or selling journey. You possess strong critical thinking skills and can adapt to a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and a willingness to learn. You are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and are committed to being the voice of Carvana.

What you'll do

In this role, you will create exceptional experiences for customers by guiding them through the car-buying or selling process. You will engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, actively listening to their needs and providing effective solutions in real-time. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and verifying sensitive customer documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will be expected to embrace new challenges and contribute to a positive team environment, supporting your colleagues and the overall mission of Carvana.
