Vanta is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Reporting & Enterprise Hub teams. You'll shape how enterprise customers manage compliance programs at scale. This role requires strong leadership and experience in data products.
You have a proven track record of leading engineering teams, ideally with experience in data products and enterprise scalability. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, empowering your team to deliver high-quality solutions. You understand the complexities of compliance programs and have a strategic mindset to navigate product development opportunities. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your experience in managing high-impact projects has equipped you with the skills to drive results in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate about building a culture of trust and accountability within your team, ensuring that everyone feels valued and motivated to contribute.
Experience in security compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 would be a plus. Familiarity with modern data visualization tools and techniques is also desirable, as is a background in software development or engineering.
