Airwallex is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Developer Experience to drive product strategy and execution. You'll leverage AI to enhance developer tools and improve user experience. This role requires strong product management skills and experience in AI technologies.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on AI or developer tools — you understand the nuances of building products that cater to developers and can translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions. You are a strategic thinker who thrives on data-driven decision-making and can balance user needs with business objectives. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to bring products to market successfully. You are passionate about leveraging AI to create innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and drive business growth. You possess strong analytical skills and can define metrics that measure product success, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user feedback.
In this role, you will own the product roadmap for AI Developer Experience at Airwallex — you will define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features that enhance the developer experience. Conducting user research and gathering feedback will be essential to inform product decisions and prioritize features that deliver the most value. You will analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Additionally, you will work with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of your products to users. You will lead cross-functional meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the product development lifecycle.
