Tilt is seeking an Account Executive for Poland to manage the entire commercial cycle, from prospecting to onboarding sellers. This role is crucial for expanding Tilt's presence in the Polish market.
You are an enthusiastic individual eager to dive into the world of live commerce. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with potential clients and onboard them successfully. You are adaptable and willing to learn, recognizing that potential and a willingness to grow are valued over ticking every box in the job description.
As an Account Executive for Poland, you will take ownership of the entire commercial cycle. In the first few months, you will immerse yourself in learning about Tilt’s product, ideal customer profile, value proposition, and sales playbook. You will build and qualify outbound prospect lists targeted specifically to the Polish market, managing inbound leads by running introductory calls, qualifying them, and converting them into a robust sales pipeline. You will support early discovery, conduct demos, and engage in closing conversations with potential sellers. Once new sellers are onboarded, you will train them to become strong streamers, ensuring they are well-equipped to thrive on the platform. You will manage a small portfolio of existing sellers, executing structured outbound campaigns through various channels such as email, phone, and LinkedIn. Your role will be central to Tilt’s expansion efforts in Poland, and you will be expected to achieve early sales targets while fostering long-term relationships with sellers.
