Who you are

You have extensive experience as a Senior SAP MDM Consultant, with a strong background in implementing SAP S/4HANA projects. Your expertise includes defining and leading master data management strategies, ensuring data quality and consistency across various business processes. You are skilled in data modeling and have a deep understanding of master data structures such as Business Partner, Material Master, and Customer/Vendor data. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with technical and business teams to execute data governance initiatives effectively.

You possess a solid understanding of data migration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methodologies, and are adept at analyzing, cleansing, and enriching master data. Your experience in international projects or multi-company environments enhances your ability to navigate complex data landscapes. You are familiar with SAP Activate methodology and have a keen interest in continuous improvement and data quality management.

Desirable

While not mandatory, knowledge of SAP Activate phases (Prepare, Explore, Deploy) and certifications related to SAP S/4HANA or Master Data Governance (MDG) would be advantageous. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy for master data management in SAP S/4HANA implementations, ensuring alignment with best practices and business processes. You will conduct thorough analyses of master data, focusing on its cleansing, enrichment, and standardization to maintain high data quality. Your responsibilities will include designing data models and organizational structures, as well as planning and executing data migration activities to SAP S/4HANA.

You will interact with various functional and technical teams, playing a crucial role in executing and leading master data initiatives. Your leadership will guide the team in achieving project goals while ensuring adherence to data governance principles. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance team capabilities.
