Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of programming experience in Python or C++. Your background includes 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and at least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture. You possess 3 years of experience in specialized ML areas such as speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, or ML infrastructure, demonstrating your ability to handle complex projects. Your expertise extends to model deployment, evaluation, optimization, and debugging within ML infrastructure. You also have a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms, with 5 years of experience in this area. If you have a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, that would be a plus. You have experience developing accessible technologies and have held a technical leadership role for at least 1 year.
