Overview

Contentsquare is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to expand influence among major enterprises in Japan. You'll engage with C-level executives to drive digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strategic and consultative sales approach.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in the technology or digital transformation sectors. Your ability to engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers is a key strength, allowing you to build strong relationships and drive impactful business outcomes. You understand the complexities of digital journeys and can articulate how experience intelligence can enhance customer engagement and business efficiency.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of large enterprises. Your consultative approach enables you to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, positioning you as a trusted advisor to your clients. You are passionate about helping organizations navigate their digital transformation journeys and are committed to delivering exceptional results.

Desirable

Experience in the experience analytics or digital transformation space is a plus, as is familiarity with the Japanese market and its unique challenges. You are comfortable using data to inform your sales strategies and can leverage insights to drive decision-making.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Contentsquare, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence among major enterprises in Japan. You will engage with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how our experience intelligence platform can drive significant improvements in their digital strategies. Your strategic and consultative sales approach will be essential in building long-term partnerships and achieving sales targets.

You will collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless experience for clients from initial engagement through implementation and beyond. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner will help you effectively convey the value of our solutions to potential clients.

In this role, you will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to penetrate key accounts. You will leverage your industry knowledge and insights to position Contentsquare as a leader in the experience analytics space, helping clients achieve their digital transformation goals.
