What you'll do

In this role, you will bootstrap and lead multiple teams of Software Engineers, providing them with the structure and support they need to excel. You will be responsible for setting clear expectations and holding your teams accountable for their performance. Your role will involve direct technical involvement, guiding your teams through complex engineering challenges and ensuring that they adhere to best practices in software development.

You will work closely with product management to plan the roadmap and own feature delivery from start to finish. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work that has the biggest impact on Rubrik’s customers. You will champion a culture of customer centricity, ensuring that your teams are always focused on delivering exceptional value to users.

Your responsibilities will also include conducting regular one-on-ones with team members to support their professional development and career growth. You will create an environment where engineers feel empowered to innovate and take ownership of their work. By fostering a culture of excellence, you will help your teams achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of Rubrik.
