Job Description

Are you looking for a high impact role that will reinvent the experience for FinTech products? Does building novel 0 to 1 financial products that drive millions of dollars in profitability excite you? Do want to apply AI/ML in the fintech world? If yes, then we want to talk with you.

Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Sr. Product Manager Tech to join our team and help invent the future. The successful candidate will build new financial tools that enable audit of millions of contracts that process billions of dollars each month. The opportunities in this space span every business that Amazon operates in, worldwide. You will be responsible for providing thought leadership in a fast-paced environment and build products that address needs of Amazon's Retail and non-Retail businesses. You will closely work with engineering teams to deliver features and partner with senior leaders to ensure the success of the program.

A day in the life
- Partner with customers to build product strategy and prioritize feature roadmaps
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch
- Closely partner with engineering teams to deliver features

About the team
Every year Amazon enters into hundreds of thousands of agreements with our vendors worldwide, that enable vendors to offset costs associated with their products. These agreements contain complex terms that determine how much funding the vendors will provide Amazon and directly lead to tens of billions of dollars each year, ensuring profitability of Amazon Retail. The Vendor Funding organization is comprised of software teams that own the agreement system, the booking, calculation, and billing of those terms.- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
