Jamf is hiring a Sales Engineer to support strategic sales efforts across the EMEIA region. You'll act as a trusted technical advisor, demonstrating the Jamf portfolio to customers. This role requires expertise in customer engagement and solution alignment.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales engineering or technical sales, ideally with experience in the technology sector. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams to drive customer success. You understand the importance of building relationships and trust with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions. Your experience in the public sector, healthcare, or education verticals is a plus, as you will be engaging with diverse customer bases. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of remote work while maintaining productivity and connection with your team.

What you'll do

As a Sales Engineer at Jamf, you will play a vital role in supporting our strategic sales efforts across the EMEIA region. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, demonstrating the full Jamf portfolio to prospective and existing customers. Your expertise will help identify and recommend solutions that address customer needs and align with their business goals. You will collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers to support sales opportunities across key verticals, including Public Sector, Healthcare, and Education. Delivering live and virtual product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and environments will be a key responsibility. You will also provide technical support during the sales process, ensuring that customers understand the value of our solutions. Your role will involve gathering customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvements, contributing to the overall success of the Jamf portfolio.
