TripActions is seeking a Junior Recruiter to lead and execute their recruiting strategy for early careers in sales. You'll manage the end-to-end recruiting process and collaborate with universities to attract top talent. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a passion for diversity and inclusion.
You have experience in recruiting, particularly focused on early career talent — you understand the nuances of attracting and engaging junior candidates and have a knack for building relationships with universities and campus organizations. You are resilient and adaptive in the face of ambiguity, with a growth mindset and an enthusiastic, solutions-oriented attitude. Your passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion drives you to create programs that foster a variety of backgrounds and perspectives. You are comfortable managing the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing to closing candidates, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with senior stakeholders.
Experience in sales recruitment or early talent programs would be a plus, as well as familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment data analysis. A background in employer branding initiatives is also beneficial, as you will be crafting campaigns that reflect the company’s culture and values.
In this role, you will lead and execute the recruiting strategy for early careers in sales at TripActions. You will manage the entire recruiting process for junior sales candidates, which includes sourcing, assessing, and closing top talent. You will design, launch, and scale innovative university and early talent programs to build a robust and diverse pipeline across go-to-market teams. Collaborating with executives and hiring managers, you will craft tailored strategies that address both immediate and future talent needs. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with universities and campus organizations to elevate TripActions’ employer brand and attract high-potential interns and graduates. Your role will also involve championing a world-class candidate experience from initial engagement through offer and onboarding, ensuring that every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the process. You will leverage sourcing tools and recruitment data to identify passive candidates and continuously refine programs for optimal results. Additionally, you will lead and support employer branding initiatives in partnership with the Talent Brand team, crafting creative campaigns that reflect the company’s culture and values.
