You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service. You understand the importance of building relationships and are passionate about enhancing the customer experience. You are adaptable and ready to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to a team that values happiness and community engagement. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey information and resolve customer inquiries. You are committed to personal and professional growth, eager to take advantage of the opportunities for advancement within the company. You are at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license, ensuring you can fulfill the requirements of the role.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Your role will involve answering questions, providing information about vehicles, and assisting with the delivery process. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your shift will typically run from 11 am to 9 pm, and you will be expected to work 7 days a week, with rotating days off. You will be part of a performance-based program that allows you to increase your earnings based on your contributions and success in the role.
