You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of experience in software development. Your background includes 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, along with experience in compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture. You have a strong foundation in software design and architecture, with 3 years of experience testing and launching software products. Your technical leadership skills shine through your 3 years of experience leading project teams and setting technical direction in a complex, matrixed organization.

You are well-versed in data structures and algorithms, having spent 8 years honing your skills in this area. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy influencing and coaching a distributed team of engineers. Your ability to facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines is a key strength.

Desirable

A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field would be a plus. Experience with artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and UI design is also desirable, as these areas are integral to the projects you will work on.
