What you'll do

As a Payments Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that payment processes run smoothly across all of Lendable's lending products. You will support the day-to-day execution of payment operations, working closely with the Senior Payments Analyst to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for monitoring payment transactions, identifying any discrepancies, and resolving issues promptly. You will also assist in the implementation of new payment technologies and processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of the operations team. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure that payment processes align with overall business objectives.
