Motorway is seeking a Partner Manager to manage and grow affiliate partnerships while supporting various Growth Marketing initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to business development.

You have experience in managing partnerships and a strong understanding of affiliate marketing channels. You are skilled in generating new business opportunities through outbound tactics such as LinkedIn and email outreach. Your ability to build and maintain relationships is key, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work cross-functionally. You are proactive in your approach to learning and have a genuine interest in growth marketing strategies. You can manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines consistently.

What you'll do

As a Partner Manager at Motorway, you will be responsible for managing and growing affiliate partnerships to drive customer acquisition. You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships and other channel leads to identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen existing relationships. Your role will involve generating a pipeline of potential affiliate partners and executing outreach strategies to engage them. You will also support various Growth Marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall mission of transforming the used car market. Your work will directly impact the success of the marketing team and the company as a whole.
