What you'll do

As a Strategic Community Specialist at Reddit, you will play a key role in jumpstarting and fostering local communities in Germany. You will work closely with the International Community team to implement strategies that align with Reddit's mission of bringing community and belonging to everyone. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with local volunteer moderators, understanding their needs, and providing them with the necessary support and resources. You will innovate and refine Reddit's international consumer playbook, ensuring it resonates with the German audience. Your insights and experiments will be crucial in accelerating Reddit's growth in Germany, and you will be expected to report on community engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on your findings.
