You have experience in workforce management and are skilled in optimizing operational resources to meet business needs. You understand the importance of real-time management and can effectively handle staffing levels across multiple sites and channels. You are a proactive communicator, able to engage with operational leaders and provide recommendations for operational excellence. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do

As a Workforce Support Specialist at Farfetch, you will report to the Workforce Management Lead and be responsible for omnichannel management in real-time. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that staffing levels align with customer and business needs. You will generate, validate, and publish Customer Excellence Schedules while maximizing labor efficiency. Additionally, you will manage real-time queues and short-term planned workforce across various sites and markets. Your role will involve engaging with operational leaders and support teams, providing guidance and recommendations to enhance operational performance.
