In this role, you will own the coordination and logistics of complex, multi-step interviews, ensuring that candidates have a positive experience from start to finish. You will work closely with recruiters to schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and assist in the preparation of interview materials. You will serve as the face of recruiting at Betterment, representing the company to potential hires and ensuring that all interactions reflect our commitment to a world-class candidate experience. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and help streamline the hiring process. Your role will involve tracking candidate progress and providing updates to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned throughout the recruitment journey.
Betterment offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 for this position, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, spending four days a week in our New York City office.
