Who you are

You have a strong background in compensation analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in shaping compensation strategies that attract and retain talent. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to deliver both quantitative and qualitative insights that inform pay structures and compensation programs. You are adept at conducting market research and benchmarking against competitors, ensuring that compensation strategies remain competitive and compliant with legal standards. Your experience includes advising HR business partners and leaders on compensation matters, making you a trusted consultant in your field.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with HR and business leaders to design compensation programs that align with the company's global pay philosophy. Your ability to foster strong partnerships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders is key to your success. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that all compensation programs are administered with precision and compliance. You understand the importance of internal pay equity and are skilled at conducting reviews to maintain fairness across the organization.

Desirable

Experience with executive compensation and variable compensation programs is a plus. Familiarity with data modeling and analytics tools will enhance your ability to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions. You are comfortable navigating complex compensation structures and can adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced, mission-driven company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and administering compensation programs for North America corporate and distribution center employees. You will conduct market pricing using external surveys and internal data to benchmark against competitors, informing pay recommendations that align with market trends. Your analytical support will be crucial during annual merit and promotion cycles, ensuring that compensation changes are executed smoothly and effectively.

You will collaborate with the People Core Services team to administer compensation changes and equity programs, providing insights that enhance the overall employee experience. Your role will involve advising HR business partners and managers on compensation matters, including new hire offers and promotions, ensuring that all decisions are backed by data and aligned with company policies.

You will also play a key role in conducting internal pay equity reviews, identifying any discrepancies and recommending adjustments to maintain fairness across the organization. Your expertise will help shape compensation strategies that not only attract the right talent but also support the company's mission and values.
