Overview

SalesLoft is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to drive enterprise sales and build relationships with key accounts. You'll focus on generating revenue and educating the market about Salesloft's software. This role requires a results-oriented mindset and experience in enterprise sales.

Who you are

You are an experienced Strategic Account Executive with a proven track record in enterprise sales. You thrive in building personal relationships and are dedicated to making strategic enterprise customers successful. Your results-oriented approach drives you to exceed annual quotas and generate incremental revenue within EMEA. You possess strong skills in navigating complex organizational structures and engaging with multiple stakeholders to create satisfied and referenceable customers.

You understand the importance of accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement. Your ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies to penetrate and expand within key accounts sets you apart. You are motivated by the opportunity to sell impactful software that is changing the way sellers sell, and you are excited about the chance to make a difference in your role.

Desirable

While not mandatory, experience in a similar role within the technology sector would be advantageous. Familiarity with sales methodologies and tools can enhance your effectiveness in this position.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of SalesLoft's fast-growing enterprise sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to educate the market about the power of SalesLoft's software, helping to solidify the company's position as an anchor technology provider. You will engage with potential customers, showcasing how SalesLoft can transform their sales processes.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to win high-visibility deals in large key accounts. This involves leveraging existing relationships and identifying new opportunities to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with your colleagues, embodying the company's core value of 'team over self' as you collaborate to achieve shared goals.

Your day-to-day activities will include navigating complex organizational structures within large corporations, engaging with multiple stakeholders who have independent budgets and priorities.
