What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the operations of Amazon's Data Centers, ensuring that they operate at peak performance. You will lead a team of technical professionals, driving performance levels to meet the pace at which Amazon builds and operates its Data Centers. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing operational strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all areas of the Data Center.

You will be tasked with identifying and solving complex problems that arise in the daily operations of the Data Center. This will involve innovating processes and leveraging technology to improve operational workflows. You will also be responsible for ensuring that safety and compliance standards are met, creating a safe working environment for all employees.
