Desirable

Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus, as is familiarity with food preparation in a light-prep kitchen. You are a strong communicator, able to guide Operations Associates through their shifts and ensure that the team works safely and productively. You are adaptable and can handle the challenges that come with managing a busy fulfillment center.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, ensuring that customer orders are executed accurately and efficiently. You will maintain inventory levels and oversee the handling of equipment and assets to prevent loss or theft. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through their shifts, ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goals and that safety protocols are followed. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers when issues arise, ensuring that their experience is positive and that Dasher pickups go smoothly.
