Celonis is hiring a Manager of Cloud Security to lead and enhance the security of their multi-cloud infrastructure. You'll work with AWS, Azure, and GCP to implement robust security strategies. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise in cloud security.
You have a strong background in cloud security with at least 5 years of experience in managing security teams and implementing security strategies across multi-cloud environments. Your expertise spans AWS, Azure, and GCP, and you are well-versed in the latest security practices and technologies. You possess excellent leadership skills, enabling you to mentor and develop a team of security engineers while fostering a culture of security excellence within the organization. You are proactive in identifying potential security threats and have a strategic mindset to align security initiatives with business goals.
Experience with compliance frameworks and security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR would be a plus. Familiarity with security tools and technologies for monitoring and incident response is also beneficial. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
In this role, you will lead the cloud security strategy for Celonis, ensuring the protection of our SaaS platform against evolving threats. You will design and implement security controls across our multi-cloud infrastructure, working closely with engineering teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, managing security incidents, and continuously monitoring the security posture of our applications and platforms. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote security awareness and best practices throughout the organization. As a leader, you will mentor your team, providing guidance and support in their professional development. You will stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies, adapting our security strategies to address new challenges as they arise.
