StackOne is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own the demand engine and drive measurable growth through various campaigns. You'll work closely with the CEO and Product Marketing, leveraging skills in Google Analytics and Email Marketing. This role requires a strong background in demand generation strategies.
You have 5+ years of experience in demand generation, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth through innovative marketing strategies. Your expertise includes planning and executing campaigns across various channels such as paid media, email, and webinars. You are data-driven and comfortable using analytics tools to measure success and iterate on campaigns. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. You are adaptable and eager to test new approaches to demand generation, always looking for ways to optimize performance. You understand the nuances of B2B marketing, particularly in the fast-evolving landscape of AI integrations.
Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with product-led growth strategies. You have a knack for content marketing and can activate compelling narratives through your campaigns. Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) principles will help you tailor your approach to high-value targets. You are comfortable managing budgets and have experience with campaign management tools.
In this role, you will take direct ownership of the demand generation programs tied to defined pipeline targets. You will plan and execute campaigns across various channels, including paid advertising, account-based marketing, email, and webinars. Your core success metrics will include driving demo requests and product-led growth signups. You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing to activate content through your campaigns, ensuring that messaging resonates with your target audience. You will test and scale a small number of core channels before expanding your efforts, always looking for innovative ways to engage potential customers. You will run hands-on demand programs that directly impact the pipeline at a critical stage for the company, testing, iterating, and scaling campaigns with real budget, tooling, and executive support. You will work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to define how demand generation is done in one of the fastest-moving areas of B2B AI — agentic integrations.
