What you'll do

As an Enterprise Solution Consultant at Benchling, you will be the primary solution lead for our largest customers and prospects — your role will involve developing optimal solutions that drive significant value for clients. You will collaborate with sales leadership and account executives to understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions that leverage Benchling’s R&D Cloud. Your expertise in life sciences R&D processes will be instrumental in establishing credibility with clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

You will engage with senior scientific and IT leaders to understand their unique challenges and develop solutions that integrate seamlessly into their existing IT environments — your ability to interface with other vendor solutions and legacy applications will be key to your success. You will work closely with product leaders to ensure that the solutions you present are aligned with Benchling’s offerings and capabilities, driving customer satisfaction and success.
