Amazon India's Payments team is looking for software developers who are passionate about designing and building the next-generation Payments product. This highly reliable and scalable product will provide a payment gateway to hundreds of millions of Amazon India customers.
Additionally, the team also provides opportunities to learn and work on Machine Learning, interact and influence Amazon third-party partners like Banks and NBFCs. The services will be designed to support other emerging economies having similar requirements. Developers in the team need to have a strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and preferably experience in building large-scale distributed systems. Experience with web-based applications and/or web services-based applications, especially at massive scale, would also be helpful.
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
