Your experience spans technical, product, and business roles, allowing you to adapt your approach based on the needs of the organization. You are data-driven and creative in your sourcing strategies, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub to find top talent. You understand the importance of delivering an outstanding candidate experience and are committed to fostering a positive hiring process. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing insights and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing candidates to extending offers. You will partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and priorities, ensuring that you attract the right talent for each position. You will develop and implement creative sourcing strategies that leverage various channels to identify potential candidates.
