SoFi is seeking a Credit Bureau Business Analyst to manage bureau execution and analysis across credit reporting agency relationships. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to support product onboarding and risk controls.
You have a strong background in business analysis, particularly within the financial services sector, and possess the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret complex credit data trends and identify risks and opportunities for improvement. You are comfortable engaging with credit reporting agencies and have experience in issue resolution and data quality improvement. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to support product onboarding and governance initiatives. You understand the importance of risk controls and are committed to ensuring data integrity in all bureau engagements. You are proactive in your approach and have a keen eye for detail, which enables you to effectively analyze dispute drivers and bureau feedback.
In this role, you will serve as the primary execution partner and business liaison for credit reporting agencies, including Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax. You will own bureau-facing execution for assigned products and initiatives, which includes managing issue resolution, interpreting rules, and improving data quality. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing credit data trends and dispute drivers to identify risks and improvement opportunities. You will independently lead and contribute to projects that have a significant impact on the department and the organization as a whole. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that product onboarding processes are efficient and effective, while also supporting bureau governance initiatives. Your insights will enable leadership to focus on strategic growth, making your role critical to the success of SoFi's credit reporting efforts.
