PermitFlow is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Manager to lead onboarding for strategic enterprise accounts. You'll work closely with the Vice President of Customer Success to enhance customer experience. This role is based in New York City with hybrid work options.
You have a strong background in customer success and implementation management, ideally with experience in the technology or construction sectors. You understand the complexities of onboarding enterprise clients and have a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and possess strong project management skills, enabling you to oversee multiple implementations simultaneously. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable adapting to changing priorities. You are passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and are excited about the impact of AI in the construction industry.
