Your experience includes mentoring and guiding engineers, helping them grow their skills through code reviews and setting good coding patterns. You possess a strong technical background, particularly in Java and JavaScript, and are familiar with the tools and frameworks that drive modern software development. You have a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge, ensuring that your team is equipped with the best practices in coding and system design. Desirable
