What you'll do

In this role, you will create operational structures and change control processes to adapt to the rapidly evolving landscape of Amazon's business. You will provide strategic direction and subject matter expertise to determine investment prioritization for business analytics and tech partners. Your responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, documenting functional and technical specifications, and executing large-scale configurations through both manual and automated processes. You will assemble the right technology and business teams to develop milestones and launch schedules, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new initiatives.

You will assess and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, measuring and reporting on progress while anticipating and resolving bottlenecks. Your role will require you to balance business needs with technical constraints, making trade-offs as necessary. You will rely heavily on your ability to influence others, as you will need to drive project deliverables without direct authority.
