What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of applied data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop forecasting capabilities from the ground up. Your team will work closely with Strategic Finance leaders to ensure that these forecasting capabilities are integrated into their operational rhythms. You will also collaborate with the Growth team to forecast key performance indicators, ensuring that your models are aligned with the company's strategic goals. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization, as you guide your team in developing innovative solutions to complex forecasting challenges. You will be expected to stay hands-on with the technical aspects of the role, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality, interpretable models that can be effectively utilized by stakeholders.
