What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all EHS activities at the Piscataway site, ensuring that all operations comply with applicable regulations. You will develop and implement site-specific EHS programs, conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement. Collaborating with project managers and construction teams, you will provide EHS input during the planning and design phases of projects, ensuring that safety considerations are integrated from the outset. You will also lead training sessions for employees on EHS policies and procedures, fostering a culture of safety within the organization.

Your role will involve monitoring EHS performance metrics and preparing reports for management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement. You will stay updated on changes in regulations and industry best practices, ensuring that the organization remains compliant and proactive in its EHS efforts. Additionally, you will work closely with external regulatory agencies during inspections and audits, representing the company and addressing any concerns that may arise.
