What you'll do

As the Director of Product for the Control Plane at Rubrik, you will define and lead the vision and strategy for the Rubrik Security Cloud, ensuring it remains the core SaaS platform for customers. You will drive the growth of the Agentic platform, enabling the delivery of AI-powered automation and insights through agent-driven functionality. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to execute a roadmap that aligns with business objectives, ensuring that product development is in sync with market demands.

You will oversee a team of skilled Product Managers, guiding them in advancing all flavors of the Rubrik Security Cloud. Your leadership will be crucial in growing the feature set of RSC to address the needs of enterprise and public sector customers, ensuring compliance and scalability. You will define success metrics for Control Plane capabilities and use outcomes to measure impact, guiding future product development.

Your responsibilities will also include identifying and developing strategic partnerships with key technology and SaaS providers, which will enhance the capabilities of Rubrik's offerings. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring that the products you oversee are not only competitive but also set the standard in the industry.
